(Rope) Bottoming beginners
We firmly believe that bottoming is more then passively throwing yourself in a situation and simply sustaining it. Instead, we see bottoming for rope as combining many different skills and tools: from breathing techniques to mental stamina, body awareness, communication and more. These teachable skills can make all the difference in your bottoming experience and so we decided to create a space dedicated to learning and practicing these
This is a switching and self tying based class, meaning we welcome solo as well as couples. In each class expect a discussion of the weekly topic followed by demo and teaching of related skills and tools, after which there will be time to practice and see how these tools can be used in play. Feel free to repeat the topics that interest you as often as you like, as the content will change based on participants experience and individual challenges.

PreDICKaments
Join Petite Pretzel and Takotsubo for an evening class on predicament bondage tailored specifically for the AMAB rope bottom. Our seasoned sadist Pretzel teaches the art of prolonging and intensifying your bottom's suffering with meticulous precision. This is an open-ended exploration where students are encouraged to adapt the concepts to suit their unique dynamics and preferences. There's no one-size-fits-all approach; it's about embracing the process of learning and relishing the overall experience.
In this class, we delve into predicament bondage: crafting dilemmas that force the rope bottom to choose between different forms of pain, exhaustion, or humiliation. This is not a collaborative tie; it's a constantly evolving game of cat-and-mouse. The rope bottom seeks escape or respite, and the top skillfully removes those options, creating a captivating dance of control and surrender.
As your “evil genius” guide, Pretzel thrives on creating challenges that evolve into prolonged and increasingly difficult struggle. It's not about making it so challenging that one gives up immediately or so easy that boredom sets in; it's about creating a dialogue through rope. The ropes become a medium for communication, a conversation where suggestions and responses inspire each other.
Who can attend this class? Are there prerequisites?
Riggers should know how to proficiently tie the TK and proficient at tying mainlines/suspension lines.
Riggers must know how to check for nerve impingement. You must inform your model of the risks of rope suspension.
Riggers and models must have tied together prior to this class
Rope bottoms should be able to be tied in an upper body harness and be very familiar with the differences between nerve and circulation impingement.
Models must be able to recognise and communicate signs of nerve impingement to riggers effectively and timely. Models should be able to process pain and take enjoyment in intense sensations.
This class will cover:
Anatomical discussion, for predicament efficiency and and improved safety
Psychological discussion of the perspectives of both top and bottom
Intimate ties for genitals, specifically penis and testicles

Tea and coffee are free but you should bring your food and snacks (we have plates and cutlery you can use). People usually wear comfortable clothing like yoga or dance attire. EMBODIMENT
Claiming Space: How Saying No Builds Better Relationships
Relationships thrive when we show up as whole, autonomous beings. But do you truly know your needs, and can you communicate them? Can you take accountability for your actions, or are you more comfortable giving your power away?
This workshop is all about agency, self-knowledge, and practicing consent. Through embodied exercises and rejection games, you'll explore how it feels to take up space and feel empowered in your NO. We’ll play with boundary-setting, experiment with different ways to reject (and be rejected), and reflect on the stories we tell ourselves about saying no. You’ll practice making choices that feel good, standing firm in your autonomy, and co-creating dynamics that balance independence and connection.
Expect movement, deep reflection, and lots of laughter. There’s no right or wrong here. Come solo or with a partner, and bring your curiosity!
Next date 06 May at 18.30h
Sensual Stretching
Move Like You Mean It – A Ritual of Pleasure & Expansion
Sensuality isn’t just in the bedroom—it’s in the way we walk, stretch, and breathe. This weekly or biweekly class is a sacred space to reconnect with your body through deep, flowing stretches infused with sensual awareness and breathwork.
What if stretching was a pleasure practice? What if flexibility was more than physical—what if it was an attitude, an invitation?
In each session, we will:
/ Stretch with intention, focusing on deep hip-openers, spine mobility, and fluid movement
/ Explore sensual movement techniques to awaken energy and release tension
/ Use breathwork and music to deepen relaxation and connection to self
/ Build a ritual of self-worship, self-touch, and embodied presence
This is not a traditional fitness class—it’s a space to feel your own pleasure through movement. Whether you're here for relaxation, flexibility, or a deeper connection to your sensuality, you’ll leave feeling open, alive, and deliciously in tune with your body.
Next dates are June 05 & 19 at 18h
